4. User-specific information regarding pages accessed on the website.

Audit Insight requires individual user accounts consisting of:

• Unique User ID/Email Address
• User Job Title
• Password

Strong passwords are required and must:

• Contain between 6 and 20 characters.
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Include at least one number.
• Include at least one special character.

Lost passwords cannot be recovered and must be reset by the individual user or the site’s designated application administrator.

5. Children's Privacy

Insight Lean Solutions products and services are not intended for or marketed to individuals under the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

6. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data

Upon request by mail, email, or telephone, Insight Lean Solutions will provide visitors with a summary of any personal information retained about them.
