2004 - Lean Enterprise Software Solutions Formed
Lean Enterprise Software Solutions is formed in 2004 by co-founders Jerry L. Yoder and Corey Alguire to develop and market computer software designed to reduce waste in the administrative processes and activities of businesses. Subsequently, LPA Admin is developed and released in 2005.

2009 – Jerry L. Yoder acquires all remaining business shares and becomes the sole owner
Jerry L. Yoder acquires all remaining business shares and becomes the sole owner of Lean Enterprise Software Solutions. He begins working with a software development firm (Aptera – now CoreBTS) to improve the capabilities of LPA Admin and reduce the lead time on application enhancements.

2015 – Jamie Noe joins Lean Enterprise Software Solutions as Vice President of Quality & Customer Support
Jamie Noe joins Lean Enterprise Software Solutions as Vice President of Quality & Customer Support. She initiates a re-vamp of the training and support programs for the LPA Admin application that not only focuses on how to utilize the software, but also how to create an auditing program that aids in continuous improvement of our customer’s internal metrics and adherence to 3rd party requirements.

2017 – Jamie Noe purchases 49% of the business.
Jamie Noe purchases 49% of the business. Lean Enterprise Software Solutions is rebranded to Insight Lean Solutions to better represent the focus of the business changing from specifically LEAN to offering a broad range of INSIGHT into our customer’s manufacturing operations.

2019 – Jamie Noe purchases the remaining shares of Insight Lean Solutions
Jamie Noe purchases the remaining shares of Insight Lean Solutions and the business becomes 100% female owned.

2020 – Amid the global pandemic, Insight Lean Solutions changes operations to support 100% remote work
Amid the global pandemic, Insight Lean Solutions changes operations to support 100% remote work, as needed, and continues with uninterrupted support of our customers. During this time, the slow-down in manufacturing is utilized to enhance the reporting capabilities within the LPA Admin application.

2021 – Insight Lean Solutions kicked-off a project to completely modernize the LPA Admin application
Further Development – Beginning in 2021, Insight Lean Solutions kicked-off a project to completely modernize the LPA Admin application. This project will continue throughout 2022. The intent of the project is to provide users of LPA Admin a more secure, easier to navigate, and highly customizable application.
